Warranty Policy

We stand behind all of our products and warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will replace or exchange any product that has a defect due to defects in the materials or workmanship. Misuse, neglect, or damage caused by normal use is not covered in our guarantee. This warranty does not cover airline mishandling, normal wear and tear, punctures or abnormal abuse of the materials. Please inspect your product upon arrival and contact us within 15 days of any defects. Returns must be returned in original packaging with labeling. Buyer pays shipping except for defected items.

Returned/Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Orders with Personalization

All orders with custom personalization will not be refunded except for manufacturing defects.
